ThetaCon24 Event Attendee Terms

By purchasing a ticket and attending the ThetaCon24 Event (“TC24”), you agree to abide by these terms
(“Attendee Terms”). If Theta Community Conference Committee Inc. (“TCCC”) collects any personal
information from you, such information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree with any of these Attendee Terms, you should not attend TC24.

Conditions of Entry

1. By purchasing a ticket and attending TC24 you warrant, represent, and acknowledge that:

a. You have validly registered for TC24, having provided TCCC with accurate and complete
details, and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to inform of any changes to your
registration details, including, without limitation, your email address by contacting us using
the contact information provided.
b. Other than in our sole discretion or as required by law, we do not provide refunds for tickets.
c. Cameras, audio and video recorders may be in use, including by other attendees and by our
Affiliates and you consent to being filmed or photographed by us or our Affiliates and for us
and our Affiliates to use your likeness, image, and/or voice and name (if you are identified or
identifiable) in connection with TC24 and for promotional purposes without additional
compensation to you, except where prohibited by law; and
d. You consent to medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during TC24 and
you release TCCC from any responsibility or liability in connection with such treatment.

Attendee Obligations

1. You must observe the rules, policies, and procedures of TC24 which TCCC may provide you with prior
to or during the event, including those relating to safety and any reasonable instructions issued by us
or the venue.

2. TCCC expects all attendees to behave appropriately during TC24 and we reserve the right to request
than an attendee leave if:

a. Engaged in dangerous behavior;
b. Has brought in dangerous items or weapons of any kind; or
c. Is harassing or otherwise impeding other attendees from enjoying the event.

In the event an attendee is requests to leave, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation

1. TCCC may in exceptional circumstances need to cancel or postpone TC24, in which case we will
notify you as soon as reasonably practical. In the event we cancel the event, we will issue you with a
full refund of ticket fees paid by you.

Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Limitation of Liability

1. You understand and agree that there are risk to your person and property from injury, illness, or death
associated with attending TC24 including risks related to the coronavirus SARS-CoV2 and any
resulting disease (COVID-19). You agree and understand that:

a. TCCC cannot prevent the exposure to COVID-19 and the risk increases by your proximity to
other people;
b. There is an inherent and elevated risk or exposure to COVID-19 in any place people are
gathered;
c. Attending TC24 will place you in close contact with other people;

d. Exposure to COVID-19 could result in you being subject to quarantine requirements, illness,
disability and other short-term and long-term health affects.

2. Despite these risks, you voluntary assume all known and potential risk or danger or injury and/or
death from any cause resulting from or in connection with or incidental to attending TC24, including
exposure to COVID-19. By purchasing your ticket and entering TC24 you expressly assume all risks
and dangers arising from or incidental to the event and release TCCC, our Affiliates, directors, or
contractors from any Claim or Loss in connection with the same.

3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCCC does not accept responsibility for any Loss or
damage (including indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage), however, caused and whether
or not foreseeable (whether in contract, tort, for breach of statutory duty or otherwise), even if TCCC
has previously been advised of the possibility of such Loss or damage which you may directly or
indirectly suffer in connection with:

a. TC24 being interrupted, cancelled, or unavailable;
b. Unauthorized access to or use of, our servers and/or information stored; or
c. Any failure or omission on our part to comply with our obligations as set out in these
Attendee Terms.

4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and keep indemnified TCCC and our
Personnel, our Affiliates and their Personnel against any action, liability, cost, Claim, Loss, damage,
proceeding or expense suffered or incurred directly or indirectly in connection with a omission during
the TC24 event.
